We build atmospheric survival games rooted in Nordic myth — long winters, quiet dread, and stories that stay with you after the screen goes black.

The Long Winter
Fimbulvetr is a first-person survival RPG set in the three-year winter that precedes the end of the world. You play a jarl's last surviving huscarl, walking north through emptied villages and frozen fjords to find out why the sun never came back. Warmth is a resource. Silence is a weapon. The things that follow you through the fog remember the old bargains, and they intend to collect.
We only list what actually exists. Everything else stays in the den until it is ready.
AlphaThe Red Spring
The holy fountain of Ashenmoor ran red. The dead are walking. And one of theirs has come home with an axe.

Nordic Wolf Studios was founded by brothers Martin and Anders Thomsen — two Danish entrepreneurs with a lifelong passion for games, technology and building things from the ground up. Based in Aarhus, Denmark, we create games with the same mindset we bring to everything we build: big ideas, hard work, curiosity and a slightly unhealthy obsession with making things better. For us, game development is not just about making another game. It is about creating worlds we would genuinely want to explore ourselves — worlds with atmosphere, personality and stories worth remembering. Everything we create is developed in Aarhus by two brothers who simply love building games and turning crazy ideas into something real.
